On-site jersey personalization in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas is outside the free-travel footprint — travel is $900 — and it is the market where venue rules shape a build more than anywhere else we work.

Convention center and casino property rules

Las Vegas venues run tight and formal. Marshalling yards, scheduled dock windows, in-house electrical orders, and jurisdictional labor rules about who may move freight and who may hang anything are all normal here. We plan around them rather than against them, and we want the exhibitor manual and the labor requirements at quoting stage, because they materially affect both the hours and the cost of a build.

Practically, this means load-in is scheduled work with a real duration and it is billed as staffed hours at $250 per hour like any other. A vendor who does not quote setup in Las Vegas has either never worked here or is planning to surprise you.

What we get booked for

Convention floor activations where an exhibitor wants a personalized jersey as the takeaway rather than another tote of literature. Arena and stadium builds with open public queues, which need four lanes, tablet intake ahead of the press counter, and a queue envelope agreed with venue operations so it never crosses an egress path. Casino property events in ballrooms and pool decks. And corporate incentive programs where a group of a few hundred all leave with their own name on a back.

The specification does not change for the market: names cap at roughly nine characters, numbers run one to three digits, application is full-color DTF transfer and heat press on jersey polyester, twill and embroidery are available where a heritage look is specified, and sizes stock adult XS through 3XL with per-size caps so a sold-out size disappears from the guest's picker.

Client-supplied garments and lead time

Supplying your own jerseys works here exactly as it does at home, with one scheduling note: the fabric test has to happen before the crew and equipment travel. Send two or three samples from your production lot early. We establish temperature, dwell, and pressure, check for dye migration and sublimation ghosting, and give you a written result — including an honest verdict if the lot is a poor candidate. Goods are counted in at load-in and counted out at teardown, with damage documented same-day.

Commercials

Travel to Las Vegas is $900, covering the crew and the rig. Staffed stations start around $5,000 and staffing bills at $250 per hour across setup, live time, and teardown. Corporate programs typically land at $25 to $40 per guest all-in. Everything is quoted as itemized lines so you can see exactly what the travel and the venue rules are costing you.
