Why being local actually matters

Two practical advantages. The first is the fabric test. If you are supplying your own jerseys, we need samples from your production lot to establish temperature, dwell, and pressure and to check for dye migration and sublimation ghosting. In Orange County that can be a same-week loop — sometimes a hand-off rather than a shipment — instead of a courier round trip that eats a week of your lead time.

The second is late bookings. A local build has no flight schedule and no freight to arrange, so a date that would be impossible in another market is often workable here. It is never a promise, but it is genuinely more likely.

What we run across the county

Team and league uniform days at practice facilities and club fields, where a validated roster and two lanes will personalize an entire lot cleanly. Corporate programs at business-park campuses and hotel properties, usually compact single- or double-lane builds inside a short window. Retail personalization counters. Youth tournament complexes, where demand spikes around the bracket and we shift-plan lanes against the game grid instead of staffing flat across three days.

The specification is the same everywhere: names cap at roughly nine characters, numbers run one to three digits, application is full-color DTF transfer and heat press, twill and embroidery are available for heritage looks, sizes stock adult XS through 3XL with per-size caps in the intake tablet.

The rest of the truck

Because we are close, adding a companion station is straightforward. Merch Troop crews also run screen printing, embroidery, a hat bar with patch application, laser engraving, and UV DTF stickers. A jersey lane plus a cap lane sharing one back-of-house is one mobilization and one crew rather than two vendors negotiating table space.

Venue notes

Orange County venues are mostly straightforward: hotel ballrooms with usable docks, business-park campuses with surface parking near the door, club fields and practice facilities with room to build. The two things we still confirm every time are power and the cart route. Each press lane draws real current, and a ballroom circuit shared with AV needs the venue to assign it deliberately rather than us discovering the limit at peak. The cart route matters because a build carried a hundred yards across grass takes longer to stand up than the same build rolled twenty feet off a dock, and that difference is billable setup time either way.
